I highly recommend a strawberry picking spot in Shizuoka Prefecture called Agri Monster Special.

Agri-Monster Special

Located at 1670-18 Kamiyama, Gotemba, Shizuoka, 412-0033 Japan.

For access, visitors can search for the address at 1670-5 Kamiyama, Gotemba City, Shizuoka Prefecture.

Parking is available in a private parking lot (free of charge). 30 cars are available.

You can taste delicious strawberries in a clean greenhouse at the Red Hoppe strawberry picking.

Each lane is reserved for a customer, and there are always a few "Kirapika and Shohime" in each lane.

There are six spacious lanes for wheelchairs, and you can call to check availability.

It has a very unique name, Agri-Monster Special, but I was able to enjoy strawberries in a relaxed atmosphere in a very beautiful greenhouse.

The separate lanes for each group made it easy to take pictures.

Also, the strawberries were all big and sweet.

One disappointment was that there were a few Kirapika varieties mixed in, and when I asked the staff which ones were Kirapika, he said he did not know either.

Attention to detail

My son and his wife and I enjoyed strawberry picking before Gotemba Outlet.

I have been to many strawberry picking experiences, but AgriMonster's attention to detail was the best.

For example, we appreciated the anti-stain plastic on our shoes, refills of condensed milk, washrooms, luggage lockers, etc.

Above all, the smile of the lady who guided me and explained about the bees, etc,

The taste of strawberries was doubled.

I really recommend it and would love to repeat it.

LANE monopoly system

First of all, I called on the way because I was about to be late for my appointment due to traffic, but on the contrary, I was afraid to call because of your concern.

And the welcoming welcome upon arrival and the lane monopoly system! This allowed me to enjoy all-you-can-eat without worrying about my surroundings.

We ate our fill of sweet strawberries for the full time limit and also bought strawberries at the souvenir corner on the way home.

At first I thought the reception was crowded and not very efficient... but they were very accommodating, even changing the location on short notice for the use of a stroller, which I had not told them about in advance.

There were lots of sweet and big strawberries and they were delicious.

It was clean enough for children to sit and crawl around and the staff was nice.

Also, although we had toddlers and elderly people with us, we enjoyed the experience without any particular complaints.

The hygiene management system takes extra care, such as covering shoes with bags, to prevent infections.

I don't know if it was crowded, but on that day we were grouped by lanes so we could pick strawberries while taking pictures without worrying about crowds, passing each other, etc.

The most important thing was the strawberries, mainly large Benihoppe and a few other varieties such as Shohime, which were very tasty.

Although the price and experience time are not that different from other facilities, I would like to visit again if I have the chance because I am very satisfied with the overall experience.

Also, we arrived an hour early and they were able to get us there quickly.

My 10-month-old was allowed in the stroller and made her strawberry debut in a pacifier, which she devoured with great gusto.

It's nice to be able to compare different kinds of flavors in the same lane.

The children were amazed by the shapes and flavors of the amateurs, and they also enjoyed the kirapika.

It is hard to find such a delicious and beautiful strawberry picking experience.

Baked sweet potatoes are delicious.

The baked sweet potato I bought as a souvenir was also delicious.

(They also grow sweet potatoes.)

It was the best baked sweet potato I have ever had, hands down.

There was a strawberry farm that I used to visit every New Year's for almost 20 years before Corona, but I felt that the taste had somehow declined, so I visited here for the first time.

The strawberries are fresh and healthy! I felt the sweetness was a little lacking, but the prices are not expensive and the place is clean,

The staff was very nice and I would like to go back.
