In order to maximize the quality of the ingredients and enhance their essential taste, we meticulously evaluate the meat quality and fat content of the pork and carefully select the best parts for each product.
Each pig is made with pork of different meat quality and fat content.

Therefore, there are times when the pork from our farm alone is not sufficient in quantity. In such cases, we use domestic pork of comparable quality as a substitute.
The basic spices are imported from Germany. We then customize and use different spices as needed.
