Soba Shokunin Shu
Soba Sokudo Shu is a soba restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere located 10 minutes by car from Kakegawa Station.
The interior of the restaurant is clean, and you can enjoy the process of making soba noodles, which are handmade every morning in the visible kitchen.
It is open from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 17:30 to 20:00. Closed on Mondays and the second Sunday of the month. If Monday is a national holiday, the restaurant will be open and closed the following Tuesday.
Our homemade buckwheat noodles have a flavor and texture that sets us apart from other restaurants.
The freshness of the noodles is limited to the day, and noodles made at the beginning of the day are delivered to your doorstep on the same day.
We are also proud of our freshly fried crispy tempura.
The variety of tempura changes with the seasons and uses fresh vegetables unique to the season.
Seasonal menus are also offered, allowing diners to enjoy the seasonal ingredients of the time.
